1 Steve Madden Women’s Tsunamii Rain Boot Blizzard tested…By MJI live in NY where we just had a blizzard that left me stranded with no trains for 3 days. I had to walk around quite a bit. The snow is piled high & the slush accumulated around the street corners run pretty deep. I’ll say these are very cute boots – far more stylish than most. I’m a very tiny person & most rain boots look ridiculous on me. These are comfortable, not clunky at all & have very interesting details. I’m sure they are fine in your average rain. But I wouldn’t exactly call them water proof. My feet aren’t soaked but I did feel a bit of ice cold water leak in around the soles.
