Pedag High Life Gel Half-sole for High Heels, Clear, One Size Fits All I needed to get a tighter fit in the heel and prevent my foot from pistoning back and forth in the shoe. This is due to a broken toe causing me to be a “wide” in the front but still a “regular” at the heel. These gel pads are very comfortable and do the job. I preferred them over the typical felt or cork pads which always make my feet sweat and don’t seem to stay in place very well. One note: the adhesive is good, so be sure to roll the insert a little bit to keep it off the shoe bed as you ease it into position.
