Question by Just Me: Would segment of economy making money “hand-over-fist” be the segment that has the most fertile for job growth?
Would segment of economy making money “hand-over-fist”(i.e. upper bracket) be the segment that has the most fertile for job growth?

Wouldn’t it make sense to simply leave money in this segment(low tax rate for upper bracket) than to continue to take money out of this segment for use as government stimulus spending?

I hate the idea of giving cutting the rates for the rich—-but if doing so reduces unemployment, does it make sense to be so ideologically rigid to continue to do what simply has not worked?
